RESPONSIBILTIES:

The Presales Operations Consultant will serve a key role in Anaplan’s rapid growth. After learning to use our revolutionary planning solution, you will support Global Solution Consulting Operations. Responsibilities are diverse and primarily involve model building in Anaplan.  This is a great opportunity to grow and develop skills with exposure to numerous use cases and industries.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Build domain and industry specific models in Anaplan collaborating with presales and market development teams
  • Leverage domain (supply chain, finance, or sales) knowledge and technical skills to build complex proof of concept models that are tailored to solve prospects’ pain-points
  • Prepare models with prospect or customer data to be used by during workshops
  • Support the value management process by configuring business cases in Anaplan
  • Assist product development by providing assessment of your experience and suggesting ways to develop future features
  • Identify and formalize best practices in model building and share them across the Anaplan community 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Advanced skill levels for Excel including macros, complex charts and pivot tables
  • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology.
  • Experience building, tracking and reporting on budgets, forecasts, management reporting, and/or supply/demand planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle several complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with planning software systems would be helpful (but not necessary).
