 About the job:

In under 3 years FlyHomes has become the number-one buyers broker in Seattle.  In fall 2018, we officially moved into the Portland market to help home buyers win their dream homes in one of the most competitive markets. We are looking for a passionate individual who are creative and persistent in generating opportunities to educate consumers about FlyHomes locally and turn leads into customers.

Roles & responsibilities:  

  • Work with the broader marketing team to understand the client lifecycle and client touch points
  • Identify effective local channels and partnerships opportunities to showcase FlyHomes to potential home buyers and sellers
  • Manage partner relationship for continued engagement with the community
  • Own leads follow-up plan and create content to increase engagement and conversion
  • Define and drive end to end lead and client engagement experience
  • Collaborate with the tech team to ensure all available customer data and resources are available for CRM
  • Analyze campaign performance
