Senior Manager, CRM Marketing at Poppin

As the Senior Manager of CRM Marketing you will lead growth strategy and execution focused on engagement through Direct Sales Outreach.  You will work cross-functionally with leads from Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to create and optimize cross-channel campaigns and engagement tactics that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM activities across online and offline activities
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to determine highly measurable activation/retention focused programs pinpointing specific business goals
  • Drive segmentation and customer journey for Marketing and Sales initiatives based on strategic Marketing objectives
  • Develop and manage B2B outreach campaigns to generate inbound leads
  • Align Marketing Campaigns with Sales Development Team’s outreach plan and manage lists accordingly
  • Track and report CRM performance: support Sales Development Team through ongoing tracking and analysis of lead segmentation, lead sources, and response rates
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Operations to report on KPIs and adjust plans to hit company targets
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity
  • Manage relationship with Data Vendors (i.e. ZenProspect)
  • Drive continuous innovation and fast experimentation in CRM, including testing methodology, measurement, tools, and more

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years success in CRM Marketing; B2B-specific experience is ideal
  • Deep understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs
  • Experience and deep understanding of segmentation strategy and behavioral
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional team work
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable extracting data into opportunities for optimization
  • Understanding of basic HTML and excel
  • Extremely organized, great attention to detail, and highly motivated
  • Managerial experience a plus
