Head of Partnerships at Hinge

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Head of Partnerships to join our growing marketing team. In this position, you will explore and identify new partnerships among a variety of like-minded brands that promote our mission, result in press, and drive downloads. You’ll be a fit for this role if you’re an accomplished, hands-on, results-oriented marketer who believes in Hinge’s mission and brand.


  • Identify new, compatible, and big brand partnerships that drive installs and brand awareness
  • Forge strong relationships with media agencies to increase inbound partnership opportunities
  • Forecast potential marketing value, budget, and ROI on all partnership opportunities
  • Create and execute activation plans to maximize the reach and impact of partnerships
  • Manage all co-marketing contract negotiations to elevate and support Hinge’s exposure
  • Be the key liaison between Hinge, brand partners, influencers, and celebrities
  • Act as a project lead in the activation phase, conveying and securing deliverables from teams across the organization (ex. Event Production, Design, Copy, Email, Social, Video, PR)

About You

  • You have 5+ years experience and a track record for ideating, crafting and executing successful partnerships with fortune 500 brands and hot startups
  • You have a  deep understanding and realistic view of what makes a successful brand partnership
  • A diverse skill set that includes the ability to conceptualize, determine success metrics, and execute strategic partnerships
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and externally with partners
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Organized, efficient, resourceful, and proactive
