This is a rare opportunity on the rapidly growing Atrium Blockchain (“AB”) team. You will have the opportunity to be responsible for the day-to-day corporate work for top blockchain companies and be on the forefront of novel legal issues.
 
Ideally, you are a junior-level corporate associate who has two years of experience advising venture-backed companies and is eager to work on a small team to develop the Atrium Blockchain service offering. You will work closely with the head of the practice group and help grow the business!

What would you be doing?

    • Advise top-of-the-market blockchain companies and venture-backed startups on their day-to-day corporate legal needs
    • Learn how to identify and advise on the key issues that blockchain clients face
    • Collaborate with other teams to optimize internal processes and establish process improvements within the AB team
    • Assist in the development of the Atrium technology platform to streamline the Atrium Blockchain practice
    • Strategize with the team to incorporate smart contracts into Atrium’s workflow and product offerings

What does success look like in this role?

    • 1-3 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 firm as a startup lawyer with entrepreneurial instincts
    • California Bar Membership required
    • Strong academic background, ideally from a top law school, coupled with intellectual curiosity of the law
    • Self-motivated with proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and take direction as needed
    • Interest in working on token pre-sales, ICOs, Reg A+ offerings, crypto hedge funds, and general corporate/TTG matters for blockchain companies is ideal but not required
