As the first Recruiter focused on servicing Atrium’s Go-to-Market teams, you will have a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a rapidly growing start-up led by former Twitch co-founder and serial entrepreneur Justin Kan.  
Reporting to the Head of Recruiting, you will be integral to our success by closely partnering with hiring teams to scale our Growth, Finance, and Operations teams. You will attract high-quality candidates at the top of funnel while providing a top-notch experience through offer. You will use data to make strategic decisions and track your progress.

What would you be doing?

    • Build relationships with the Growth, Finance, and Operations managers to understand their needs and create results-driven partnerships
    • Own the full-cycle recruiting processes end-to-end from understanding the job profile, sourcing and phone screening, building interview plans, and closing candidates to providing feedback to hiring managers
    • Learn the Atrium brand / value prop and develop a clear sourcing strategy to reach out, engage, and nurture relationships with top talent
    • Manage your candidates in our ATS (Lever); and uphold data integrity to produce reports for drawing data-driven insights to make changes in your process and keep management informed
    • Create a recruitment experience where all candidates feel amazing about their time with us
    • Hire against our aggressive hiring goals to continue the fast-paced growth of Atrium

What does success look like in this role?

    • Passion for recruiting, data-driven decision making, and iterative processes
    • 3 years experience in a Recruiting role for a fast-paced tech startup (plus if you have agency experience)
    • Effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools
    • Quick study to understand job requirements, our products and legal services
    • Excellent communication skills - you ask probing questions and listen attentively to get relevant information while keeping stakeholders informed
    • Rigorous attention to detail and organization - you plan your responsibilities according to business priorities
    • A track record of accountability, strong work ethic, and integrity to reach aggressive goals - demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and ownership
    • Highly dependable, following through on commitments with little supervision
