Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Position Overview

As a member of the Cequence Security sales team, you and your Solutions Engineer are responsible for delivering customer sales and growing your territory. Your territory is expected to deliver above-quota sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • In close partnership with a Solutions Engineer, leverage enterprise account selling strategies into new prospects and existing. AKA, sell product, solutions, and services and kill your quota
  • Overachieve on annual quota, measured quarterly
  • Deliver a predictable book of business to drive forecast accuracy
  • Proposal generation articulating financial ROI/TCO value
  • Leverage all cross-functional resources to achieve your quota: inside sales, channel systems engineering, field marketing, cyber security sales specialists, the services team & sales operations
  • Communicate value propositions to clients that speak intimately to their needs and requirements
  • Prospect for new business with new and existing customers. You are responsible for both land and expand
  • Work in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment
