Demand Generation Manager at Atrium

As a member of the Growth team, you’ll have the opportunity to help grow a world-class team and tech stack from the ground up. You’ll apply your demand generation expertise to increase inbound and outbound leads with well-crafted and executed campaigns. It will be your responsibility to create and execute demand generation strategies that enable Atrium to exceed sales pipeline and bookings targets each and every quarter.
 
You’ll work closely with leaders in the Growth team and broader Atrium organization to develop demand generation strategies and tactics and see those through to fruition. You’ll test new channels as well as optimize and scale campaigns to generate revenue for Atrium.

What would you be doing?

    • Diligently execute campaigns and manage projects which fill our sales pipeline
    • Be responsible for MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and overall pipeline, while maintaining and developing a great brand for Atrium
    • Diligently measure the effect of marketing campaigns and channels to iterate our growth strategies quickly
    • Identify key levers of growth within marketing
    • Proactively identify new channels and strategies that could 10x the business
    • Co-develop a nurturing strategy which creates a great experience for prospective Atrium clients and shepherds leads through our funnel
    • Work closely with sales to optimize lead handoff and conversion

What does success look like in this role?

    • 4-8 years demand generation experience at a B2B company with a focus on digital marketing
    • Experience with CRM and marketing automation, including setting up, managing, and reporting on campaigns
    • Successful track record of generating and nurturing leads through digital, email, and other channels
    • Experience driving attendance for growth marketing events
    • Highly analytical marketer who believes that measurement and iteration are keys to a successful marketing strategy
    • You love details and are motivated by tracking and reporting on key metrics
    • Owning a number excites you
