We’re looking for the right person to join Atrium’s Growth team as its Events Marketing Manager to help build out and execute on a very robust events calendar.  Events will be a cornerstone of our Growth strategy. You’ll report to the Head of Events Marketing and work with cross-functional Atrium teams and key partners to create event experiences that delight, inspire, and educate our startup founders.  You’ll also help in bringing the Atrium brand to life.
 
Our events calendar is an exciting mix of owned events, sponsored conferences, sales dinners, webinars, and much more.  You will be an early hire and learn how to build effective marketing campaigns that ultimately drive to qualified sales leads.  
 

What would you be doing?

    • Help manage Atrium events, from conception and budget reconciliation to ROI tracking, and align them with marketing strategy and business goals
    • Manage all aspects of event coordination including: budgeting, event and program messaging, materials creation, signage/giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, accommodations, participant registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production, F&B, and logistics
    • Communicate event expectations and value tracking to sales leadership and other stakeholders
    • Evaluate event performance, post-event ROI tracking, and wrap-up reports
    • Establish relationships with internal and external partners

What does success look like in this role?

    • 2-4+ years of directly related industry experience
    • Understanding of event strategy, vendor operations, and integrated event marketing
    • Track record of success at growing fast-paced companies, B2B preferred
    • Meticulous project manager who can problem solve, capable of managing many moving parts and people
    • Superb verbal and written communicator, comfortable writing compelling and concise copy
    • Highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests
    • Low-ego team player and can work with diverse stakeholders
