Senior Implementation Manager (Remote) at Entelo

As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will guide the onboarding and support process for customers being the first line of communication with customers’ IT departments. You will play a critical role within the Customer Success team working in a high-volume customer-facing role. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as the first point of contact to manage multiple clients needs during both onboarding and support
  • Manage and troubleshoot customer requests for email, ATS, CRM and other implementations  and provide information for internal and client IT teams to instill confidence and trust
  • Establish procedures and best practices for implementation process for email integration and infosec documentation
  • Design and manage implementation process for new business partners connecting to Entelo’s products and services
  • Identify and escalate priority issues with the core engineering team, working with both customer and internal facing teams to find a solution
  • Maintain and manage list of implementations and integrations with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Rework and redesign outdated or non conforming legacy implementations
  • Communicates with different levels of management regarding information needs. Ability to discuss these solutions with both technical and business community.

Your background:

  • 3+ years experience as an Implementation Specialist, Implementation Manager, Solutions/Sales Engineers, or TAM
  • Experience with email integrations and implementations
  • Previous knowledge working with SendGrid (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, Mailjet)
  • Familiar with windows server admin, exchange server
  • Prior experience with ATS, CRM or other integrations related to HCM
  • Experience replying to infosec and RFP requests from current and prospective customers
  • Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress without feeling stressed
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Training skills (over phone and email)
  • Prior work with DNS Configuration
