The People Ops Manager role is a high-touch, employee-centered position, responsible for providing coaching, performance management guidance, career consulting, and compliance oversight. They will work collaboratively with Office Operations and Technology. This role has a high impact on the culture of Entelo – maintaining our current environment and building on our values will be key to success.

This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable innovating, and overseeing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously – Performance / Goal Setting, Career Ladder development, etc.  

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as Entelo culture champion, working closely with dept leaders to ensure the best possible employee experience
  • Provide high touch support to employees by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
  • Work with People Managers on team performance, career development, employee relations issues
  • Lead compensation assessments – analyzing market data to current staff and recommending adjustments based on performance
  • Maintain and update data across multiple systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy; compensation, benefits, training

Your background:

  • Someone with deep experience and knowledge of a broad array of People / HR areas
  • Ideally 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • A proven track record of coaching and mentorship to both individual contributors and management
  • Experience with ADP preferred; good with HRIS systems
  • Truthful. Persistent. You get things done and have high expectations for success!
  • A self-starter who can take a project and run with it
  • A can-do, customer-focused, optimistic attitude
