This is a growth opportunity to quickly ramp up in the Salesforce B2B SaaS ecosystem and become a leader in customer success. We’re looking for a Customer Implementation Associate to join our team and actively engage and manage the successful onboarding and implementation of our products.

  • Manage a book of business of SMB customers and be responsible for the ultimate success of those customers.
  • Main focus is to ramp up quickly and become a strategic advisor to your book of business.
  • Learn about common customer questions and issues, and be able to troubleshoot these.
  • Become a master at and gain knowledge about the Sales/Marketing ops landscape.
  • Set, manage, and communicate customer expectations – both internally and externally.
  • Work closely across multiple LeanData organizations (Implementations, Customer Marketing, Sales) to enable customer growth, share customer feedback, resolve escalations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Create an experience for our customers that transcends the standard customer-vendor relationship.
  • Turn LeanData customers into life-long advocates.


  • Excited about immersing yourself in the world of Sales Operations, technology and customer evangelism.
  • Ability to triage and prioritize as needed to address customer needs appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented startup environment.
  • Proactive about finding learning opportunities.
  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing Ops technologies and industry best-practices.
  • Capable of working collaboratively across multiple technical and non-technical organizations.
  • Comfort managing escalations and coordinating resources to execute upon a success plans.


  • Prior relevant internship or work experience
  • Experience in customer-facing role
  • Experience with and/or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
