Senior Product Manager at Hinge

Hinge is looking for a Product Manager focused on improving the quality of user interactions with each other - ie respectful, responsive, and productive toward building and assessing chemistry. This is a broad mandate, and your outcomes will likely take many forms including user-facing features, under-the-hood improvements, and narrative.

Responsibilities:

  • Become deeply in tune with our community through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Develop a framework to assess/quantify/categorize interaction quality, based on this research.
  • Thoroughly spec and orchestrate product changes that improve the community, based on this framework.
  • Help tell the story of this initiative and its outcomes both to users and through marketing.
  • Work collaboratively with every discipline, who each have a perspective on this challenge and how it might be solved.

About You:

  • 4-6 yrs PM experience, or other multi-discipline solution ownership role.
  • Expertise in complex behavioral analytics and user research
  • Preferred background in social platforms
