Starship Technologies builds self-driving local delivery robots. We are disrupting and revolutionising the local deliveries industry with our robots. As fantastic as our robots are, they aren't specialists in dealing with people or helping to build a dynamic workforce. That's where you come in!
 
We are looking for an HR Manager (maternity leave cover) to join our fast-growing team in Tallinn, Estonia. You will be handling HR for one of the world's most talked-about tech companies. Great robots need great people – if you think you're great at what you do, get in contact with us.

Your main responsibilities:

    • Lead projects both a local and global level which helps shape the whole talent lifecycle from attracting until retaining top talent
    • Help successful execution of our talent programs, i.e. benefits, learning & development, onboarding, performance management, exit interviews
    • Support our global team by documenting global processes, programs and guidelines, to enable our organization to achieve scale
    • Be part of the team building Starship's recruitment strategy and all activities associated with hiring top talent
    • Generate creative ways to attract, engage, and land the best candidates, building a positive employment brand
    • Consistently assess the local and global markets to ensure we execute the very latest talent practices
    • Administer our benefits and talent operational needs, such as labor contracts
    • Act as a resource for our team members on questions related to benefits, processes, program execution, and other matters

You are a perfect candidate if:

      • You have a strong, value-driven orientation towards people and environment
      • You have 3+ years of HR Management experience, and also experience at a high-growth startup
      • You have experience helping and improving talent processes at a rapidly growing company
      • You have a warm personality and are a genuine people person
      • Known as a trusted and discreet partner, you have an innate ability to navigate difficult conversations and keep calm in challenging situations
      • You have an understanding of the daily practices that affect and define company culture
      • You have experience with the legal system and current regulations, preferred experience either one of the countries besides Estonia: US, UK, Germany or Finland
