Order Management Lead at Eero

As eero’s Order Management Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed thoroughly and swiftly across eero’s B2B sales channels. You will work closely with eero’s customers, Sales, Accounting, Finance and Operations teams to execute, monitor and continuously improve the order to cash process. A passion for process is a must. This is a new role and unique opportunity to lay the groundwork for Order Management at a rapidly growing company.

What you’ll do:

  • Support eero’s B2B’s customers by processing sales orders, changes and cancellations. You will implement processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of these functions
  • Own and implement electronic data interchange (EDI) projects to automate order-related transactions with eero’s B2B customers
  • Customer and SKU setup to support onboarding new customers as the company continues to rapidly scale
  • Order analytics. You will design and monitor KPI’s to ensure eero is meeting or exceeding its commitment to its customers
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to continuously improve order management to better serve eero’s customers

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Has 3-5 years of work experience in an Order Management or related role
  • Is detail and process-oriented.  You never miss a beat. If you find yourself or others repeating work, you automate it
  • Is action-oriented with excellent communication skills - written, in person and over the phone
  • Is excited to work cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to best serve eero’s B2B customers
  • Is curious. You get excited about things you don’t know. You ask lots of questions and go searching for answers. Geeking out is part of what makes it fun to come to work
  • Experience with NetSuite and EDI is a plus
