As a product manager you will work with Fortune 500 consumer brands to understand their pain points in growing and managing ecommerce channel, uncover product opportunities and lead strategic product initiatives. You should be someone with demonstrated passion for consumer brands, ecommerce, and/or retail industries.

Initially the role will lead product management efforts for all marketing initiatives
Talking to some of the biggest consumer brands in US and coming up with new and disruptive product ideas.

Desired Experience

10-15 Years of product management experience in B2B or B2C products.

  • Experience with leading e-commerce or adtech companies is a huge plus
  • Experience working with remote teams and international customers is a plus
  • Ideally, have exposure to or ability to quickly learn sales and marketing tools such as, Hubspot, Salesloft, and data platforms such as DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Prior experience launching self-service products and capabilities is beneficial
  • Individuals who have worked at forward-thinking companies (e.g. Drift) and/or delivered frictionless exceptional customer experiences would be a big plus

Required Functional Competencies

Exceptional Product, Program and People management capabilities and track record

  • Demonstrated track record of interviewing customers, internal customer stakeholders, and users and converting into product hypothesis, requirements and use cases.
  • A self-starter with extensive track record of independently managing projects/products while working closely with engineering, data science, UX teams and managing sprints in a matrix environment.
  • Experience with Product backlog creation, management and regular grooming based on changing requirements from customers, sales and customer success.
  • Well versed in making business cases, requirement and resource trade-offs to procure resources in a resource constrained environment with many priorities
  • Exceptional program and project management capabilities including being able to set deadlines and meet them consistently, while motivating your team to deliver
  • Top notch analytical skills including advanced skills in using tools such as Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables), and hands-on experience with SQL
