Customer Success Manager - Community at Entelo

As a Community Manager, you will own the post-sales activities for our Community portfolio which is comprised of hundreds of small and medium sized customers. You will be responsible for helping Community Accounts succeed with our platform by ensuring they receive maximum value from our solution throughout their lifecycle. You will onboard new customers, drive adoption, and ensure ongoing success and retention. This role reports into the Corporate Customer Success Team and works with stakeholders across the company in Product, Sales, and Marketing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leverage our Customer Success Management platform, Gainsight, to facilitate customer communication and engagement, automating account management at a large scale
  • Complete new customer implementations
  • Drive user adoption and promote customer satisfaction through one-to-many ‘tech-touch’ outreach (e.g., develop messaging to provide valuable tips and tools, share best practices, promote new functionality, publicize webcasts, etc.)
  • Handle escalations and work with the team to resolve issues
  • Discover and analyze gaps in the customer experience to identify clear insights into what our customers are saying, how we should adjust our campaigns, and what the outcome should look like
  • Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve Community Accounts to maximize customer value and retention
  • Identify accounts that have high growth potential and collaborate with our Account Management Team to help expand the relationships/upsells/renewals

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Customer Engagement, Community Management and/or Social Media Management within a growing SaaS company
  • Gainsight Customer Success Management platform is a plus
  • Previous HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition industry experience is a plus
  • High energy, go-getter with fresh ideas who takes the initiative to get things done
  • Must be based in San Francisco Bay Area and able to work in our downtown San Francisco office
