As a Talent Engagement Researcher, you will play a key part in shaping the experience we provide for Envoy customers, with a particular emphasis on our managed services clients. The ideal candidate will be a blend of Recruiting and Customer Success - passionate about providing world-class service and consultation along the customer’s Envoy journey. An average day will include customer intake and consultation via phone and live chat, sourcing across a wide range of diverse roles using Entelo’s world-class tools, and providing product feedback to our engineering and product teams.

This role is based in Teaneck, NJ and will be based from home with some possibility for travel to San Francisco HQ less than 5% of the time. As our team grows in this region, the role may evolve to an in-office role, although you should expect to work remotely in the near-term.  With that growth, opportunities will emerge for a high performer to train and mentor new hires, and assist Envoy leadership with operational tasks.

What you'll be doing:

  • Effective queue management, curating and delivering all jobs within established SLAs

  • Providing exceptional customer service for managed service customers, claiming jobs and conducting live intake chats within expected SLAs

  • Manipulating search queries and evaluating search results for fit based on customer criteria, working to provide optimal results

  • Providing messaging consultation to managed customers utilizing recruiting knowledge and Entelo Outreach Insights

  • Partnering with appropriate Customer Success Managers and Account Managers around user or account-level challenges as needed

  • Responding (or routing to the appropriate contact) all customer communication (email, chat) in a 4-hour window

  • Efficiently manage daily workload of job curation and managed service intake/job setup to align with TER goals and minimum expectations. Alert TER manager when issues arise that will detract from customer experience.

Your background:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a sourcing role, whether agency or corporate, with experience across a wide range of disciplines including tech, sales, and G&A

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles with a high-level of comfort in consulting with customers via phone and chat

  • Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Can speak to a  track record of self-accountability and high standards

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrable “process improvement” mindset with the ability to spot and resolve inefficiencies and optimize workflows

  • Collaborative attitude, and willingness to support others and share knowledge within a distributed team

  • High attention to detail and passion for the customer experience

  • Interest in career growth in the recruiting or customer success space, as well as a desire to mentor and train.
