We are looking for a bright, talented, and driven Recruiter to continuously develop a robust pipeline of prospective candidates to help build our Sales Organization with potential to recruit for other roles across organization.  You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, writing offers, and initial on-boarding to support the Sales Organization. 
 
 
Responsibilities
Collaborating with hiring managers to discover their resource requirements and specific job objectives
Excellent written skills to craft job descriptions to attract the best talent
Creatively source candidates by using databases, networking, referrals, social media applications and online postings
Evaluate and screen profiles from outbound efforts and inbound applicants
Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador
Deliver consistently positive candidate experience
Continuously follow-up and provide weekly strategic insight to hiring managers in an effort to confirm staffing plans to ensure candidates and hiring managers needs are met 
 
 Requirements

  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS)-Zenefits, ATS-GoogleHire, Hire.com, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and establish trust quickly
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • The ability to work comfortably with people at all levels of the organization
  • Effective prioritization and expectation management skills
  • Ability to project manage with minimal supervision
  • Understand the basics of HR principals
