In this role, you will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Operations to build this program. This role presents an excellent opportunity to impact the success of our sales teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast pace, highly engaged environment, and looks to challenge the status quo. 
Become a product expert on LeanData’s offerings
Assess current sales skills and knowledge
Work with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to build the training program
Train Sales on LeanData sales process, target market, product value, and message
Inspire and educate our sales teams on role specific learning paths
Continuously track metrics and improve content to drive sales performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in the field of learning and incorporate into the program
Constantly test new and innovative ways to drive improvement
5+ years of work experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement
Thorough understanding of the Sales process
Experience with, sales engagement, data management, and reporting
Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented startup environment
