Provider Services Manager at Color Genomics

We are transforming how entire populations receive access to critical health information, including their genetics, by removing financial, educational, technological, and geographic barriers. 
 
The Provider Services Manager will help Color serve providers across the U.S. or internationally who wish to offer Color to their patients in clinical care. The role will help transition our provider clients to more scalable, seamless ordering and support flows, and will help market to and support sales and ordering for smaller providers and practices new to Color. The role will also have a role in designing a new interface for physicians with Color as a service.
 
The role’s main areas of responsibilities will include: 
  • Reaching out to current ordering providers to transition them to Color’s scaled sales & support model
  • Prospecting new providers and provider groups
  • Tracking and logging information from ordering accounts and prospects
  • Proactively resolving provider issues in ordering and results delivery in a scalable and efficient manner 
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in Customer Support, Partner Management, Customer Success, or Operations
  • Strong communicator: Able to credibly and compellingly interact with physicians and providers 
  • Detail-oriented: Highly focused on accuracy and completeness
  • Proactive: Independently capable of seeking information, solving complex interpersonal or operational problems, persuading and aligning resources, and delivering results 
  • Disciplined: Ruthless about prioritization 
  • High-energy, team-first attitude: Motivated to help us succeed in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
