As an experienced Program Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across the product and engineering organizations to plan the development and delivery of software releases. Your primary focus in this role would be to plan the infrastructure and feature releases developed by our team in San Francisco, and identify and track risks and dependencies between San Francisco and other global teams. What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering a range of product and platform areas
  • Support planning across the product funnel from the product prioritization to the engineering execution and release plans
  • Continuously improve development process and drive agile best practice adoption across the teams
  • Plan, sequence and manage component releases
  • Align with the global program management team on delivery targets and ensure the successful execution of complex deployments 

More about you:

  • 5+ years of technical project or program management experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in a technical domain
  • Organized, methodical and detail oriented, with superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead via influence, in cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication skills, in particular communicating technical concepts between audiences of varying backgrounds
  • Experience with both Waterfall & Agile Project management methodologies
  • Good understanding of Release Complexity
  • Be able to drive major programs of work in a TechOps environment
  • The ability to make tough decisions and to manage change
