The Global Immigration, Mobility/Relocation and Benefits Specialist is the central point of contact for global immigration processes and questions, creation of policies and guidelines for mobility/relocation programs, as well as assisting in day-to-day benefits administration and open enrollment.

Reporting to the Benefits Manager.

What you’ll be doing/Responsibilities:

  • You will be the central point of contact for all global immigration and relocation matters;
  • Manage mobility/relocation vendors and attorney partnerships to maintain SLAs and service quality;
  • Ensure timeliness in responding to inquiries from employees, managers, and recruiters regarding immigration, mobility/relocation and benefits;
  • Track and convey immigration alerts, policy/regulatory changes, and development as necessary;
  • Prepare Requests for Evidence for immigration cases;
  • Manage the H1B cap lottery;
  • Design and implement mobility/relocation policies, resources and training;
  • Manage mobility/relocation programs for new hires and internal transfers;
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders including business partners and leaders, payroll, legal, stock admin, and tax to provide strategic leadership and consulting on relocation, immigration, and tax matters;
  • Respond to employee benefits inquiries and maintaining benefits resources (i.e. benefits portal);
  • Administer benefits and 401k systems;
  • Assist with the implementation of new mobility/relocation vendors;
  • Create and deliver subject matter training to internal stakeholders;
  • Analyze data trends to better understand cost impact and capacity planning;
  • Support various audits and compliance needs;
  • Maintain data in Workday HRIS

More about you/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience in global immigration, relocation/mobility
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in global/US immigration at a high-tech company
  • 1-2 years of experience as a global mobility/relocation specialist
  • Experience liaising with internal and external legal counsel on immigration matters
  • Experience managing Mobility/Relocation vendors
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor and to represent the organization in a positive manner at all times.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Stakeholder management and project management a plus
