Director, Order Management at Anaplan

At Anaplan, we are looking for a self-motivated Director, Order Management to join our growing team at Anaplan to be a member of the global Sales Operations group. The role of Director Order Management has been created to drive development and execution of a best in class order management team. This position reports to the VP of Sales Operations. The Order Management group will support the administration of Anaplan Cloud Software and Professional Services orders on a global basis. 

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Hire and manage a team of order management professionals
  • Develop and implement end to end order management process
  • Ownership of customer provisioning
  • SOX and internal controls
  • Providing post-sales support on contractual issues such as license transfers and swaps, contract migrations & amendments
  • Be dedicated point of contact for both external and internal customers (Sales/Support/Commercial)
  • Find creative ways to problem-solve

More about you:

  • Prior work experience in order management or accounting strongly preferred
  • Experience with SaaS a plus
  • Experience with of Salesforce and/or Workday is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, business or accounting area of study is preferred
  • Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative
  • Team player, proactive and responsible approach to customer support
  • Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in international teams and environment
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
