Partner Sales Manager at Upserve

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Partner Sales Managers are some of the strongest closers within our business because they are responsible for driving revenue generation activities from our 3rd party partners. For the true sales professional, this role provides an excellent opportunity to hone your sales skills while gaining valuable experience partner relationship management. If you're a "roll up your sleeves, and get it done" type that thrives in a heavily achievement-oriented environment - we would love to have you on the team!

A typical day may include:

  • Acquiring new partners (typically restaurant consultants, payment ISAs and POS VARs)
  • Ramping and educating new partners on Upserve's value proposition and our partner sales process
  • Completing sales demonstrations for prospects referred by your partners
  • Driving expanded revenue production from partners, and accurately forecasting revenue by month
 
ABOUT YOU
For this role, we're looking for ambitious individuals, with a history of achievement through direct and indirect influence.
 
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of quota carrying experience with high achievement in meeting and exceeding set quotas and goals
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools to organize and forecast sales opportunities (We use Salesforce!)
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Technologically savvy and ability to learn new technology fast
Not a must, but a plus:
  • Prior sales experience in a rapidly growing SaaS or B2B technology company
  • Restaurant tech or hospitality experience
