As an early Marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to define and execute a compelling content strategy that delights our audience and ultimately drives qualified leads to sales. Atrium has already established itself as a strong voice in the founder, VC, and high-growth communities via its blog, and you will get to take us to the next level.
Success will require deep understanding of the business. You will work closely with leaders in the organization and some amazing minds in the industry (see our blogs with the like of Sam Altman and Ashton Kutcher). The sky's the limit for our reach -- we just need your creative know-how, flawless writing skills, and relentless execution.
Content is a cornerstone of our Marketing strategy, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to its strategic roadmap.

What would you be doing?

    • Learn Atrium’s marketing strategy as it pertains to our primary audiences (founders, legal decision makers) as well as our secondary audiences (VCs, high-tech generally, executives)
    • Help develop and execute on our editorial calendar to grow viewership, engagement, and drive conversion based on the campaign themes
    • Research and write compelling content for Atrium, whether for SEO, demand generation, or thought leadership
    • Help diversify the ways in which we publish content - could take the form of white papers, eBooks, reports, presentations (event, webinar, or other), podcasts, blog posts, website copy, infographics, email copy etc.
    • Help define what a successful content strategies look like through defining our voice and driving content engagement through organic and paid channels

What does success look like in this role?

    • 4+ years as a Content Marketing Manager or other relevant editorial or writing experience required
    • Track record of success at growing companies, B2B preferred
    • Strong and creative writing and editorial skills
    • Creativity to develop and execute on content ideas that no one has tried before
    • Examples of previous work you’re proud of
    • An analytical marketer who believes that measurement and iteration are keys to a successful marketing strategy (proven success of being metrics-driven)
    • Seeing the successful performance of your content excites you but also drives curiosity to test the message further or in a new way
    • You’re passionate about and can see yourself writing a lot about the startup, VC, and legal landscapes
