The Business Development Administrator will be responsible for the critical success of the Vector sales team. This role is for a dynamic, self-starting individual with great attention to detail and excellent people skills. The qualified candidate will be very organized, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. They will help our sales team with processing information and work flow in our growing business, providing clerical, bookkeeping, research services, as well as general office support. This is a full-time position located at our San Jose, CA location.

This job might be for you if you have experience with:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to online inquiries
  • Setting up meetings and appointments (online, phone and in person)
  • Generating email correspondence
  • Maintaining records, including spreadsheets and databases that track suppliers, sales and customers
  • Working with Contracts Administrator to initiate, execute, and maintain sales contracts and agreements
  • Liaising with other support staff for general office needs
  • Ensuring general office organization and cleanliness

 Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel required to support sales teams efforts at conferences and/or meetings
