Your day-to-day (as a Client Success Intern, you’ll): 

  • Assists in day-to-day account management responsibilities such as reporting, ad trafficking, asset collection, creative brief development, managing creative iterations, securing client feedback/approvals, etc. 
  • Responsible for pulling standard and custom media campaign performance reports  
  • Collaborates with internal team to determine optimization tactics to continually improve campaign performance 
  • Attends client calls and collaborates with CSS on documenting meeting recaps 
  • Create campaign timeline and tracking, identify opportunities to create streamlined processes 
  • Attend strategy/RFP meetings (or calls), observing team members during this process, working with CS to develop future campaign strategy based on previous campaign results 
  • Coordinate meetings with internal/external stakeholders, organizing/collecting + formatting data for presentations per CSS direction, navigating and mastering internal tools  
  • Collaborate with other interns on the Summer Intern Project, to be presented in front of peers and executives at the end of the program


What does it take to do this job? 

  • Attending university with a concentration in marketing, advertising or communication  
  • Passion for Client Success, Account Management, Digital Media and Tech

  • Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and understanding how to use that information

  • Bonus: Salesforce or similar CRM system experience
