Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role supports the Account Executives by providing expert technical support to prospective customers.  The role’s primary focus is to act as a conduit between sales teams and product development teams to improve customer experience.  Prepare high quality product demos and answer potential customer questions, highlighting the value of Resilinc’s products.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge in Resilinc’s products and services.
  • Demonstrate the features of Resilinc’s products to prospective customers.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings with Account Executives and prospective clients using a consultative approach to the sales process.
  • Assist with gathering requirements for RFPs.
  • Own and refine the pre-sales process to continually improve sales scripts, discover process and expertise.  Train co-workers and share knowledge.
  • Qualify and respond effectively to quote requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, drive continuous improvement to both individual and team metrics.



Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a Business or Marketing concentration
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience ideally in customer-facing capacity
  • Prior experience with SaaS applications, or analytics software a plus
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and analytic abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, precise and concise
  • Experience working in a small company, fast-paced, constantly changing, high-growth environment
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
