Director, Anaplan Renewal Team at Anaplan

At Anaplan, we are looking for a self-motivated Director, Anaplan Renewal Team to join our growing team at Anaplan to be a member of the Global Customer Success Organization. The role of Director, Anaplan Renewal Team has been created to lead a laser focused team incentivized to track, forecast and secure renewals.
 
 
The Customer Success Renewal Team will own a comprehensive process from quote to signature working directly with customers to secure renewal opportunities. They will partner with their Account Executive and Customer Success Business Partner to appropriately manage, forecast and escalate renewals.
 
 
What you'll be doing:
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of renewal specialists
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the renewal team and continuously iterate on processes to drive efficiency and impact
  • Own the renewal retention forecast and have detail on each account and the status of their renewal, report out directly to the Chief Customer Officer
  • Partner with Sales Vice Presidents and Customer Success Directors to manage escalated renewal issues
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through leading by example, coaching, and mentorship
  • Understand renewals day-to-day motion and work directly with the renewal specialists to help them with the systems and processes necessary to exceed their goals and targets
  • Drive new initiatives and programs for productivity and scale
 
More about you:
  • Experience running a successful renewals management team
  • 8+ years of experience in sales/renewals management
  • 4+ years experience with subscription software
  • Deep understanding of the renewal cycle and sales processes
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and Enterprise Sales business model with an understanding of customer lifecycle measures and SaaS revenue streams.
  • Proven record of success as an individual renewals/account management experience a plus
  • Strong ability to deliver and facilitate knowledge transfer, both in-person and virtually, across a globally diverse team
  • Data-driven with a commitment to process improvement
  • Strong reputation working with inter-disciplinary teams as being innovative, accountable, reliable, and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Passion for process and experience scaling processes
