Systems Support Analyst at ZEFR

ZEFR is hiring! We are seeking a Systems Support Analyst to join our ZEFR Corporate IT Team.  

As a Systems Support Analyst you will be a part of the Corporate IT Team; working alongside the ticket queue while also spearheading projects that move the company forward.  We are looking for somebody with humility, an open mind, and the desire to expand on what they have done in the past.  This role encompasses various aspects of network security, core infrastructure, managing virtual machines, and administering various SaaS tools across the organization in order to create the best possible environment for our end-users.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Responsible for maintaining core infrastructure aspects of the business including: Windows Server 2012/2016, DNS, DHCP, NPS, Active Directory
  • Leverage SaaS tools within the company to provide a seamless user experience for end-users
  • Support and carry out onsite events utilizing our existing A/V infrastructure
  • Connecting onsite directory services with SaaS SSO Tools
  • Build resiliency into the corporate infrastructure, and work closely with our Network Engineer to identify potential security threats
  • Securing our internal environment via JAMF Policies, Group Policy, and well-regarded best practices
  • Creatively problem solve to find company-wide solutions that streamline team productivity
  • Regularly contribute to the internal ticket queue at ZEFR


Here's what we're looking for:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a Corporate IT environment
  • Hands on experience with Windows Server with a deep understanding of core Windows Server roles and services
  • Ability to adapt on the fly to ever-changing priorities
  • Creative prowess in developing solutions that meet budgetary goals for the company
  • Fantastic communication with end users and internal collaborators
  • Experience with G-Suite and other SaaS tools is a plus
  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences
