Overview
 
The Sr. Manager of Partner Marketing & Programs will be responsible for all aspects of partner marketing to generate awareness and demand for LeanData solutions. This person will work one-on-one with platform, ISV (independent software vendors), and services (system integrators) partners to create, implement, and track results on joint marketing efforts. 
 
You will work one-on-one with partners to create joint marketing plans, implement those plans, and track results. The individual will act as a subject matter expert on the planning and execution of “better together” marketing campaigns. If you love marketing, and love partnerships, this is the role for you!
 
The ideal candidate will have deep analytical and business strategy acumen, experience with platform businesses as well as sales/marketing enablement and incentives. We are looking for a hands-on, strategic, won’t-take-no-for-an-answer, and detailed-oriented individual to drive these initiatives. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
●      Establish and manage Marketing relationships with partners to drive pipeline
●      Develop and evolve partner programs strategy, work with partners to create and launch best-in-class partner marketing and sales enablement campaigns 
●      Leverage and work with various teams at LeanData and partners: sales, product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, sales enablement and other departments to develop high-impact partner marketing campaigns
●      Support the recruitment, on-boarding and partner success of key partners
●      Manage partner communications and partner enablement programs
●      Track partner programs performance against set goals
●      Own partner programs budget and ensure partner investments deliver pipeline and ROI
●      Attend and work trade shows / partner events, this may involve public speaking
●      Travel to various Channel Partner offices for meetings, events and trainings
●      Domestic travel: approx. 20%

Qualifications:
 
●      Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a background in marketing or partner development 
●      Excellent oral and written communication skills
●      Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
●      Strong relationship/team building and account management skills
●      Leadership qualities that reflect a self-motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team
 
 
Experience:
 
 
●      5 - 7 years high-tech industry partner/channel marketing role and/or channel development or strategic alliance experience
●      Experience with Sales and Marketing tools including CRM, sales and marketing technology stack applications and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service)/Cloud Computing business applications
●      Must have a solid understanding of Marketing programs, events, and promotions
●      Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Marketo, Salesforce a plus
