As a Solutions Engineer at SendBird, you are the technical voice of SendBird and its customers and partners. Your primary responsibilities are to help customers onboard quickly and successfully, and communicate customer needs back to the product team.
 
You accomplish this in the following ways:
 
1. Building relationships with customers based on technical expertise with the SendBird product
2. Listening to customers openly and learning about their business and technical needs
3. Communicating the value and benefits of SendBird and its products to the customer
4. Helping customers succeed with the conversational technology we provide

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Review implementation of SendBird’s technologies with customers to promote best practices. Help the customer implement effective solutions that maximize SendBird’s value to the customer.
  • Collaborate with the engineering, sales and success teams within SendBird.
  • Work on custom development projects that extend the SendBird product (strong programming skills are a must).
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve the product, while helping provide insights for the product roadmap.
  • Analyze and debug customer issues across multiple platforms (for example, iOS, Android, JavaScript, React Native, or Unity, etc.) 
  • Improve technical documentation and FAQs for a better developer experience.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on technical blog posts and sales enablement tasks when needed.

  • Professional experience in a client-facing technical role (as a developer, consultant, etc.)
  • Full-stack software development experience a huge plus
