Programmatic Strategy Manager at Timehop

Timehop is looking for a talented Programmatic Strategy Manager to assist in the expansion and growth of their Nimbus ad server product. The Manager, Programmatic Strategy will assist in establishing strong relationships with clients and partners, along with supporting the day-to-day management of client business. You will also assist in client negotiations, planning, implementation and maintenance of networks. He/She must be a creative thinker, proactive, pragmatic, flexible and attentive to detail


    • Ability to critically analyze and process data and an ability to effectively communicate findings in verbal and written form
    • Partner closely with Product & Engineering teams to provide input and key feedbacks to enhance programmatic offering & advertising
    • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews for a portfolio of partners.
    • Monitor & analyze daily activities to identify opportunities to increase revenue and challenges affecting spend or delivery.
    • Understand partners' needs and develop custom commercial & technical offers where necessary.
    • Develop the strategy & manage the day-to-day relationships to ensure revenue growth for your portfolio of programmatic partners.
    • Work closely with ads engineering team to ensure successful technical integrations.
    • Account Management
    • Responsible for negotiation of business terms & contracts
    • Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners & actualize bill/pay systems when applicable

Systems & Tools

    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ad technologies including data management platforms, DSP's, SSP's, ad-verification, and 3rd party data providers is required.
    • Familiarity with viewability measurement (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify) and audience measurement
    • Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management and operations a plus
    • We are willing to train the right candidate who is missing one or two of these


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a directly relatable industry
    • Ideally at least three years' experience in programmatic, ad operations or biddable media
    • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
