Help us continue growing by leading our effort on all Google Ads (SEM) and paid social (Facebook and Instagram). You'll work closely with various product teams such as the International Team, Canva For Print and the Marketplace Team to help us grow in this channel.
 
About the team
As part of the Brazilian Team and you will play a significant role in helping with the execution of our marketing projects and campaigns.
 
The team works in partnership with other i18n growth marketers, engineers, designers and product coordinators to exponentially grow Canva’s acquisition and revenue channels.

What you'll do...

  • Run and manage Canva Performance Marketing Campaigns for Brazil across all paid media channels including Google SEM, Paid Social (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Manage localisation and creative development of ads and landing pages for all Canva Brazil campaigns
  • Communicate accurate and timely weekly reports on the performance of paid channels for the Brazilian leadership and Australian HQ
  • Involvement with other marketing and growth activities as needed
  • Understanding users in context of the Brazilian, platform and demographics

We'd love it if you...

  • Have a minimum 2 years of experience running  Google SEM and paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
  • Have strong knowledge of how to manage the Facebook and Google audience targeting, creative and spend to hit efficiency and volume targets
  • Have strong project management skills
  • Are analytical and comfortable working with data to optimise marketing campaigns and make decisions
  • Have a strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small
  • Are comfortable with operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you
  • Are willing to be hands-on – no task is too small or too big
  • Have good organization and communication skills
  • Are a Brazilian, living in São Paulo metro area
  • Can read and speak in business level English (CVs must be submitted in English)
