As an IT Associate, you’ll have a large impact on how IT and technology operations are built and shaped at Atrium. IT is an important part of how we are reinventing the law firm.  We evaluate and use the latest cloud/SaaS tools, as well as build our own software, to help lawyers work more efficiently and more securely compared to traditional law firms.  You’ll be a key part of the front line of IT helping our attorneys and paralegals serve clients. You’ll also help improve IT at Atrium, selecting the tools and establishing policies to help the department scale.

What would you be doing?

    • Be on the front line of IT.  Troubleshoot end user problems in a responsive and efficient manner.
    • Provide excellent client service to our internal users, empowering them to provide excellent service to our clients
    • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are fully met
    • Produce and maintain training materials, knowledge base, per ticket documentation
    • Identify and escalate recurring issues; suggest a way to improve work in the future
    • Evaluate vendors by gathering requirements, establishing criteria, evaluating software, following up with vendor
    • Write scripts to automate common tasks (nice to have)
    • Support internally built tools and 3rd party legal software

What does success look like in this role?

    • Previous professional experience in an IT role
    • Working knowledge of cloud software
    • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac)
    • Strong written communication, including the ability to write documentation and bug reports
    • Ability to effectively identify and solve challenging problems
