Territory Sales Manager, PRO Channel (Central Territory) at Eero

eero is looking for qualified individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about sales, building relationships, exceeding goals, and developing a territory in the PRO channel. The PRO channel includes custom installers within the residential and light commercial applications of networks, entertainment, and automation. The PRO channel is an integral part of the go-to-market strategy and focus for eero.   

What you’ll do:

  • Own and be accountable for sales results in the Central US territories
  • Establish business plans to drive growth with each distributor, including sales strategies, forecasting and planning, marketing, and training
  • Build relationships with key sales management at distribution centers
  • Manage and develop accounts with key distributors and dealers in the assigned region to increase the number of eero PRO registered dealers who look to eero as their main networking solution
  • Attend and conduct events to promote awareness, including but not limited to: training sessions, expositions, tradeshows, counter days, distributor ride-alongs, etc
  • Ensure marketing presence is executed consistently across distribution channels and partner staff is well trained on the eero product and eero PRO program
  • Discover and assess customer needs and product suggestions and provide feedback to the internal eero teams
  • Create, partner, and execute on new business development opportunities
  • Travel within the US >60% of the time

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of account management/sales experience, preferably in CEDIA channel
  • Has technical experience in world of audio, video, networking, and home automation
  • Has talent for building rapport and nurturing relationships with partners to drive sales and share growth
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment and is passionate about eero’s mission
  • Has experience leading training and/or public speaking in front of 30+ customers
  • Has a BS/BA degree or equivalent
