Technical Recruiting Lead at Color Genomics

As our Technical Recruiting Lead at Color, you will drive and influence our strategy as we continue to grow. You’ll partner with our Engineering and Product leaders to creatively identify, attract, and close top talent with diverse backgrounds. We will look to you to coach our technical hiring teams, create recruiting best practices, and share our mission with the world - all while hiring amazing people at Color!

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Product teams at Color
  • Be our technical recruiting expert. You will own all aspects of technical recruitment and be an advisor, consultant, and partner to our technical leaders and hiring teams.
  • Leverage market data to make recommendations on compensation, hiring practices, sources of candidates and hires, etc.
  • Continuously measure, evaluate, and improve our hiring pipelines and processes
  • Manage all candidates from end-to-end and ensure each person walks away with the best interview experience

This may be the role for you, if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle Technical Recruiter, preferably in a startup environment
  • A track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical talent at all levels
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You value your candidates' and hiring managers' time and are relentless with delivering a high-touch and quality recruiting experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention-to-detail and follow through
  • A team player mentality and a positive attitude. We are a small organization so you’ll need to be comfortable wearing many hats.
