People Operations Manager at Color Genomics

As Color’s People Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in making Color the absolute best place for top talent to do their life’s work. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of programs, processes and policies across learning & development, feedback and performance, benefits, onboarding and offboarding and other key areas. Your work will help shape Color’s company culture and the day-to-day experience of every Color team member. What you’ll do:
  • Build our Learning & Development strategy and execute on related programs
  • Revamp our onboarding strategy in collaboration with Recruiting and our hiring managers
  • Help build a strong feedback culture and drive the 360-degree feedback cycle
  • Develop new creative People programs to drive team engagement and happiness
  • Drive Color’s employee benefits program, including developing new initiatives and Open Enrollment, and manage relationships with our benefits broker and consultant
  • Own other key areas of People Operations, in partnership with Recruiting, Facilities, Legal and Finance 
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, working across a subset of areas - learning and development, feedback and performance, benefits, compensation, onboarding and offboarding, and/or compliance
  • Demonstrated experience launching and scaling creative, well-received People initiatives 
  • Analytical, creative and pragmatic thinker and problem-solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
