The Test Site Lead will be responsible for the overall management, operation and sustainment of VECTOR’s Arizona Test Site (ATS). Responsibilities include personnel coordination and management across technicians, test engineers, facilities and logistics functions. They also include engagement with both internal and external suppliers, customers and regulatory entities to ensure ATS operational effectiveness, efficiencies and expectations are satisfied. This role is for a dynamic, self-starting individual with great attention to detail and excellent people skills. This is a full-time position located at our Arizona Test Site (ATS) facility north of Tucson, AZ.
