Spiceworks is seeking an execution-focused, Executive Director of Revenue Delivery to join our team. This person will have the expertise to hit revenue goals while enhancing the customer experience. You’ll manage an ever-growing group of highly driven individuals all working toward the same objective: ensuring Spiceworks revenue soars up and to the right. You’ll lead the charge to each month’s or quarter’s targets, come up with solutions to unstick stuck media campaigns, and refuse to settle for one decimal short of 100 percent of goal. Responsibilities

Your day-to-day (as the Executive Director of Revenue Delivery, you’ll):

  • Lead and manage a Delivery team with functional areas across media, email, lead gen, content & creative, and video
  • Own delivery of the revenue number: You’ll understand the ins and outs of all campaigns and resolve barriers that prevent booked campaigns from running (as well as come up with creative solutions to jumpstart stalled campaigns)
  • Achieve predictable revenue delivery and minimize the amount of revenue not delivered
  • Manage and scale each of the individual teams with a focus on precision execution
  • Work with the Financial Planning & Analysis and Sales Operations teams to provide forward-looking projections on how much revenue will deliver in any given month/quarter
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Client Success and Product Marketing teams and management

Qualifications

What does it take to do this job?

  • 10+ years of revenue delivery or similar experience 
  • A strong analytical and process orientation mindset to drive improvements in execution
  • The ability to lead by example, motivate, and work side by side with a growing and energetic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Coolness under fire: You can make critical decisions and solve problems amid chaos without breaking a sweat 
  • Top-notch communication chops (written and verbal)
  • Tech-savvy with project management tools, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc. is essential
  • Experience with digital marketing is a great plus, but not required
