Pill Club is the first company to have a birth control pharmacy service in all 50 states. Our business has grown 5x over the past year, and our expansion continues as we become the definitive leader in the space.
We’re looking for a highly experienced performance marketer who can lead a team of UA Managers. We’re building together a team with best-in-class digital marketing experience. With a significant advertising budget, you will help lead strategies to accelerate and scale user acquisition. In addition, you will guide and mentor junior team members


    • Lead E2E planning and execution of paid acquisition programs, including strategy, launch, analysis, reporting, and optimization.
    • Manage a seven-digit monthly advertising budget and execute for strong ROI expectations
    • Define KPIs for all paid digital acquisition channels and ensure that the team is fully enabled to achieve goals established by leadership
    • Share your progress and learnings in meetings with executive leadership
    • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including operations, product, engineering, and external teams
    • Partner with analytics team to evolve marketing dashboards, analyze program performance, and identify optimization opportunities
    • Perform deep quantitative analysis of funnel data using Tableau, SQL, and web analytics platforms
    • Highlight and advocate for emerging opportunities with new acquisition channels across the spectrum


    • 7+ years experience as a leader in digital performance marketing with key focus on direct-response user acquisition
    • Experience in mentoring UA marketers and instituting channel-specific best practices
    • Up-to-date background with Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads (Adwords & SEM), and Google Marketing Platform (DoubleClick)
    • Experience in collaborating with in-house and external creative teams to manage and optimize digital advertising content (video and other formats)
    • Strong data analytics mindset and proficient at data visualizations and excel
    • Experience with building performance marketing teams with creative agility
    • Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative training; MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred
