The Pill Club is looking for a full-time New Patient Support Specialist to help manage and guide patients through the on-boarding process by providing real time updates, ensuring all patient information is complete, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure a great patient experience.

    • Passionate about delivering an exceptional Patient Care experience
    • Sensitive to women's complex relationship with their birth control
    • A good communicator - both written and verbal
    • An organized, multi-tasking professional who learns quickly
    • Actively participates in a team atmosphere
    • Able to effectively collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams
    • Adaptable to a changing environment (we are a start-up company!)
    • Take a can-do approach to patient specific needs
    • Performance and metrics driven
    • Flexible to work overtime, evenings or weekends as needed


    • Partner with the Pharmacy to make sure communication is fluid and clear among all teams involved
    • Educate patients regarding all offerings from TPC healthcare services about women's reproductive health
    • On-board new patients into our proprietary system 

Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma
    • 1-2 years of customer service working in an office environment
    • 1 year of healthcare experience preferred 

Desirable Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a Start-up or Healthcare environment
