About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiting Leader with a passion for developing talent and the skills to innovate, lead, design and implement an outstanding recruiting process with our technical and corporate recruiting team. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will have the ability to collaborate across all areas with our technical and operational leaders to grow the recruiting team that brings our product to life. You’ll have experience leading, mentoring and scaling recruiting teams to meet the needs of our growing technical organization.


    • Partner with our Product Development, Corporate and other business leaders to develop our long-term talent acquisition strategies.
    • Drive operational excellence, alignment, and innovation across talent processes and systems including technical and corporate recruiting.
    • Support, develop, and coach our technical and corporate recruiting team and our technical and corporate hiring managers to deliver the best candidate experience in the industry.
    • Use a hands-on approach and operational ability to handle the necessary requisition volume to ensure business needs are met.
    • Drive the offer extension and negotiation process with our recruiters.
    • Take an analytical approach to drive decisions and change based on the data.
    • Systematically report on metrics and performance and analyze trends to identify and make improvements and proactively solve potential issues.
    • Provide innovative, scalable solutions and strategies to address recruiting challenges and meet our hiring goals.
    • Partner with company leaders to optimize recruiting campaigns and branding programs.
    • Keep up-to-date with best practices and trends associated with talent acquisition, providing market data and competitive intelligence.
    • Help drive initiatives that nurture our company values and our team-oriented and inclusive culture.

About You

      • BA/BS degree or related experience.
      • At least seven (7) or more years Recruiting experience, the majority in Technical
      • 2 + years of recruiting leadership experience required
      • Innovation/creativity in attracting qualified candidates experience required.
      • Strong technical knowledge especially in the mobile space, SaaS, DevOps are highly desirable.
      • Agency and corporate recruiting experience desired
      • Consistently exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills; have an empathic and motivational approach while leading by example
      • Demonstrated ability to digest and use data to drive decision making using reporting metrics.
      • History of developing, mentoring and managing high-output recruitment teams.
      • Experience collaborating with organization wide stakeholders in documenting and implementing process change. 
      • Experience building diverse communities of talent
