Nextdoor is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to be the primary owner and operator of demand generation marketing programs. You should be passionate about delivering insightful analysis, synthesizing and communicating information, and driving practical business impact. You see the bigger picture, excel at handling multiple priorities, and exhibit a high attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills. This role will have ownership over marketing automation software and related systems integrations, and as a result will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations and Data Science.  We are a collaborative team centered around process optimization and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop system architecture for demand generation marketing programs using Salesforce and marketing automation software by analyzing potential solutions, preparing specifications, and executing implementation.
  • Lead flow management, tactical execution of marketing programs designed to generate new sales leads and sales acquisition.
  • Track, test, and analyze data relating to campaign metrics to improve and optimize programs by delivering reports to senior marketing management.
  • Develop and execute a content and delivery framework for the top of the funnel to drive thought leadership and awareness to global procure-to-pay buying audiences
  • Support a strong metrics-based sales and marketing operations function; drive insights through research / analytics to enable and enrich sales discussions
  • Research and implement opportunities for marketing profitability / ROI by using techniques such as A-B testing and vendor analysis

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales or marketing operations experience required
  • Experience with marketing automation software like Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
  • Digital marketing experience conducting advertising campaigns across social media and web properties like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Proven success in a cross-functional role, where you worked closely with business strategy, operations, and sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly and effectively synthesize ideas and reports into actionable recommendations for internal teams and external partners
