About you:
As the company continues to grow into new geographies and to build out our product offering there is now a requirement for a dedicated Head of Enterprise go to Market and Business Operations (BizOps). BizOps is a Swiss Army knife function and also includes Strategic Planning, Pricing & Packaging, Sales Compensation, and International teams. In this role you will be a key leader, partnering and influencing key product and technology stakeholders to ensure the effective operation and advancement of the company’s BizOps and enterprise strategy and will report directly to the COO.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead our Enterprise strategy including our go to market proposition, experiments and internal infrastructure;
- Build out our Direct Sales channel by developing a go-to-market strategy and executing operational goals and processes;
- Establish and lead sales compensation program, including driving plan design, policy definition, and quota setting efforts;
- Create financial and operational models to set and manage revenue targets;
- Develop operational and strategic improvements with Marketing and Sales;
- Drive board-level presentations and business due diligence processes, including fundraising
- Lead business planning processes for new and existing growth markets

Also, we’d love it if you had…
-At least 5 years sales operations and strategy experience;
-Professional experience in a commercial environment would be a bonus;
-Degree level qualification in a relevant field such as commerce, finance, accounting or economics;
-Comfortable and experienced in analysing large volumes of data;
-Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills;
-Self motivated with a desire to learn;
-Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines, and;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
