Inventory Control Analyst at Fetch Robotics

Executing all appropriate material movement transactions into NetSuite/ ERP system. Maintain physical and system level data accuracy. Coordinates day-to-day activities of multiple functional areas of inventory control including; production level kit pulls, daily backflush, MRB (material review board), warehouse (stockroom), direct fulfillment, (RTS) return to stock, inventory accuracy both physical and systematic, and (RMA) return material authorization.

Implementing and audit processes to maintain inventory security and data integrity limiting liability and driving maximum value to the company. 

Primary responsibilities include:
Analyzes current inventory levels as well as transactions related to the movement or transfer of materials both within the site as well as to external sources.Maintains the receiving area, which involves processing, and inspecting return material authorizations, releasing inspected production and R&D parts, kit pulls for production consumption, RTS (return to stock), inventory backflushing, and resolving of defective part issues with QC (quality control) for production.Coordinates the movement of material, kit exact, to the manufacturing floor to support production schedules.Manage RTS (return to stock) for any material not consumed in that weeks build schedule. Supports the development and management of site level inventory control program (cycle counts) driving root-cause corrective action for any non-conformance or inventory anomalies including executing any system level inventory adjustments.Analyzes performance metrics such as: down time, inventory adjustments, rework list, backflush integrity, material returns, & production line inventory.Reviews end-to-end materials flow processes for gaps providing validated opportunities for improved efficiency/accuracy, including but not limited to: RMA (return material authorization) , MRB (material review board) , kit pull, RTS (return to stock), cycle-counts, backflushing, inventory adjustments, and RTV (return to vendor).Ensures return to vendor shippers are posted and processed.Assist and lead in Lean continuous improvement activities.Ensure warehouse, stores, and WIP (work in progress)  as it relates to materials is kept tidy (5S).Identify root cause  & propose corrective actions for any integrity  issues within the warehouse/stores.Other duties as prescribed by manager 
  • Bachelor's degree in Inventory Control / Supply Chain and/or 3-5 years experience in Inventory Control / warehouse management 
  • Have a working knowledge of BOM Structures, MRPII, ERP, & Inventory Control
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to concisely state an issue at varying levels of detail depending on the audience
  • Fluency in tools such as; Google Mail & Google Docs
  • Strong foundation process improvement with focus on data accuracy

Individual may be required to sit, stand or walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., to be accessible to production floor, attendance at meetings with indirect and direct team members, supervisors, and management.
