About the Role is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help lead product marketing launches for existing and prospective customers. In this role, you will be responsible for building marketing strategies to increase adoption and awareness of among our target audience. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Data, and Support to identify top product features for customers, assess market opportunity, craft customer insights, and lead go-to-market strategy across marketing channels. We’re looking for someone who is willing to roll-up their sleeves, work collaboratively with teams to promote products in market, and represent the voice of the customer in all messaging and positioning.



  • Lead the product marketing strategy for features that will serve our core audiences
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Support to build a feature roadmap and go-to-market strategy that will drive demand, adoption and overall success of the product
  • Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to announce products
  • Develop a deep understanding of our audience, market, and competitive landscape with a focus on identifying gaps / opportunities to inform marketing strategy
  • Conduct industry research to uncover unique customer insights that can inform the product marketing strategy. Package insights into claims for external use
  • Own positioning, comms, and messaging for product marketing launches, and represent the voice of the customer internally and externally
  • Manage ongoing updates to the marketing site to assure its content, design, and customer flow is optimized and up-to-date.



  • 4+ years experience in B2B Product Marketing (ideally in the tech/software space) having led and executed a product marketing strategy from product inception to launch
  • Knowledge of the video creation/ post-production space
  • Experience partnering collaboratively with teams across the business to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy
  • Experience building and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience using customer insights to position a product and craft messaging
  • Strong copywriting skills
