Account Manager at Highspot

Highspot is seeking talented and passionate Account Managers for our growing team in Seattle reporting to the Senior Manager of Account Management. We’re looking for experienced Account Managers to work directly with our customer base to drive Highspot adoption, secure renewals and grow existing contracts. The Account Manager will have the opportunity to overachieve based on performance.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Operate as a proactive problem solver dedicated to helping our customers realize Highspot’s value
  • Create and drive revenue across assigned accounts
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual revenue quotas
  • Excellent account planning and multi-threaded selling
  • Understand and tackle customer needs to ensure alignment with the Highspot product
  • Quickly learn new software product(s) and clearly communicate the value proposition
  • Manage effective working relationships with Services, Sales Engineers, and Account Executives
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA system
 
Minimum Qualifications  
 
  • A proven customer-facing professional with experience servicing a variety of accounts
  • 1-3 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience
  • Ability to quickly map complex business requirements to product use cases
  • A desire to improve your organization and those around you
  • Strong professional presence and business acumen
  • Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
  • Able to garner commitment at every step of sales process, a proven closer
  • Quota-carrying experience (e.g.: New Business, Expansion, Retention), preferably in SaaS
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
