About the Role
Imperfect is looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager, reporting to our Head of Growth. S/he will be an integral member of the Growth Team. The ideal candidate is an experienced acquisition marketer who is data-driven and outcomes-focused. If you’re a self-starter who proactively identifies and solves problems and continuously seeks ways to move the growth function forward, we want to hear from you!


    • Own the outcomes and KPIs of multiple acquisition channels
    • Develop ideas and execution strategy for new acquisition channels
    • Manage agency channel partners as well as internal channel owners
    • Assist in building the acquisition roadmap for Imperfect
    • Build out attribution and acquisition models across channels and segments

Skills and Qualifications

    • 3+ years in growth or customer acquisition
    • Experience with multiple acquisition channels
    • Proficient in Excel and creating dashboards
    • Proficient in LTV/CAC modeling and segmenting
    • Experience with subscription brands, a plus

Details of Position

    • Full-time, exempt position reporting to the Head of Growth
    • Position is based out of our Bayview headquarters in San Francisco or remote for the right candidate
    • Salary and stock options commensurate with experience

Physical Requirements

    • Sedentary work; predominantly involves sitting most of the time
    • Standing desks and/or other ergonomic accommodation is available upon request
    • Walking, climbing stairs, and standing are required only occasionally
    • Regular work with computers, including keyboards, mouses and screens
    • Regular use of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets also required
